Horizontal centrifugal dredging pump, also known as horizontal centrifugal slurry pump, is the core power equipment for transporting high-concentration and highly abrasive solid-liquid mixtures (such as sand, gravel, tailings) in modern dredging projects. Efficient hydraulic performance: The impeller and pump body flow channels are optimized through CFD design, featuring high efficiency, good cavitation performance, low energy consumption, and the ability to maintain a high suction concentration and transportation efficiency.
High reliability and easy maintenance: The bearing components adopt a heavy-duty design, with reliable lubrication and cooling systems. The shaft seal can be flexibly selected as a pair of impellers + packing seal, mechanical seal, or parking seal, with minimal leakage and strong adaptability. The pump body part often adopts a front and rear opening structure, allowing for quick internal part maintenance without the need to dismantle the inlet and outlet pipelines.

Materials
All the metal wet components are made of high-chromium alloy, which has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Grey iron has high rigidity. We only use the most wear-resistant materials to ensure that they will not break during operation.

Seal ring
When the discharge ring is assembled with the discharge device, it can effectively reduce the pressure on the impeller.
At the same time, it can still maintain a reliable sealing performance.

Pump parts
Components such as the labyrinth, labyrinth locking nuts, end caps and shaft sleeves are used in bearing assembly; these parts can be easily replaced, have high precision and a longer service life. All fastening components can be easily connected, ensuring safety.
