This 24-inch electric double-suction pump (also known as the 24SH / 600S series) is a single-stage, double-suction, horizontal volute centrifugal pump driven directly by the motor. The inlet and outlet flange diameters are both 600mm. The flow rate range is 2300–4000 m³/h, the head is 10–80 m, and the applicable power is 315–900 kW. The pump body is horizontally split along the axis, and the upper cover can be opened for rotor inspection without disassembling the pipeline, significantly reducing the downtime. The flow components are standardly equipped with HT250 cast iron or QT500 ductile iron, and the impeller can be selected as stainless steel 304/316 or copper alloy, meeting the requirements for various media such as clean water, seawater, and mild sewage.

An advanced CFD hydraulic model is adopted to optimize the matching between the impeller and the volute, achieving a maximum efficiency of 87%. Compared to the old model, it saves 3-5% energy. The wide efficiency range covers 60%-120% of the rated flow rate, suitable for variable frequency speed regulation, further reducing the energy consumption per ton of water.
Horizontal split structure, maintenance is extremely simple
No need to dismantle the inlet and outlet water pipelines. Just lift the pump cover to remove the rotor components. Bearings are lubricated with grease or splash lubrication with thin oil. The seal can be selected as packing seal or mechanical seal, and it is convenient for on-site replacement. The double suction impeller balances the axial force, has low vibration, and has a long bearing life.
24-inch diameter is specially designed for large water conveyance projects. A single pump can meet the circulating water demand of medium-sized water plants or power plants. The shaft diameter is robust, the cantilever is short, and it is combined with imported bearings. The continuous operation life exceeds 30,000 hours. All castings undergo aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, and they are not prone to deformation or cracking during long-term use.

Answer: It is mainly used for clean water or mild sewage. If it contains large particles or corrosive media, the flow component material needs to be replaced and a detailed water quality report is required. We can customize corrosion-resistant or wear-resistant versions.
