The pump and motor are integrated into a single, compact unit that works fully submerged, so you don't fight suction lift limits and you save on site civils/footprint.
A defining feature of the ZJQ series is the built-in bottom agitator/stirring impeller in front of the suction: it fluidizes settled sand, silt, tailings or sludge into a suspension right at the inlet, helping the main impeller move higher-concentration slurry without relying on external jetting systems or separate mix tanks.

How It Works
The unit hangs/sits submerged near the sediment layer.
2.The bottom agitator/stirring impeller spins close to the bed and fluidizes compacted sand/silt/tailings into a turbulent slurry cloud around the inlet.
3.The main centrifugal impeller then develops head/flow and pushes that slurry up through the discharge outlet to your pipeline (floating line, shore line, cyclone, settling pond, etc.).

•Stationary settle-pit / sump mode：Pump positioned in a sedimentation pit or ash basin; agitator keeps fines in suspension while you evacuate settled material.
•Mobile dredging mode：Pump hung from a small crane/derrick or mounted on a spud-barge / pontoon; operator controls depth/position to chase sand bars or channel silt.
•Boom/swing-arm or traverse：Larger sites sometimes rig a rail or A-frame so the pump sweeps a reach without moving the whole barge.
