Product Structure
Submerged slurry pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever and vertical centrifugal slurry pump. The motor of the submerged slurry pump is placed above the liquid level, and the impeller is driven by a long shaft. The sealing method can be selected as packing seal or mechanical seal. The immersion depth is less than 5 meters (limited by the rigidity of the long shaft, the liquid length can be customized according to user requirements).
Product Features
1.The pump body, impeller and other flow parts of the CPV submerged slurry pump are processed with a variety of wear-resistant white high chromium castings, which have the characteristics of abrasion-resistance, corrosion-resistance and erosion-resistance.
At the same time, the rubber material can be selected according to the customized needs of users, and the corrosion resistance is excellent.
2.The suction pipe can be installed at the water intake under the pump to pump the high concentration of slurry under the tunnel.
3.It can be applied to intermittent working conditions and a wide range of working conditions.
4.The position of the impeller can be adjusted by changing the thickness of the gasket between the bearing body and the support,which is easy to operate.
Product Application
1.The long shaft drive structure of the underwater pump allows the configuration of heavy duty high-chromium alloy, which can transport extremely hard particles or highly abrasive media.
Typical media: iron ore/gold mine tailings (containing quartz sand, corundum and other hard particles).
2.By adjusting the installation height of the long shaft to adapt to the change of the liquid level, it can adapt to the condition that the liquid level fluctuates greatly or the immersion depth needs to be adjusted.
Typical scenarios: mine drainage (water level changes with mining), sedimentation tank slag removal (liquid level dropsperiodically).
3.The motor is placed outside the liquid level to avoid direct contact with high temperature or corrosive liquid, and can transport high temperature or corrosive slurry.
Typical medium: Power plant desulfurization gypsum slurry (temperature 60℃~80℃).
