Vertical Cantilever Submersible Slurry Pump

The CPV submerged slurry pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever and vertical centrifugal slurry pump. The motor of the submerged slurry pump is placed above the liquid level, and the impeller is driven by a long shaft. The sealing method can be selected as packing seal or mechanical seal. The immersion depth is less than 5 meters (limited by the rigidity of the long shaft, the liquid length can be customized according to user requirements).

The CPV Series Submerged Slurry Pump features flow path components, such as the pump body and impeller, which are precision-machined from various grades of wear-resistant white high-chromium cast iron. This material exhibits outstanding resistance to wear, corrosion, and erosion. Furthermore, critical flow path sections can be lined with rubber according to specific user requirements, delivering excellent chemical corrosion resistance.

The pump's suction inlet can be configured at the bottom of the pump body. This design enables efficient extraction of high-concentration slurry settled in confined spaces such as tunnels or trenches.

This pump is suitable for intermittent operation and a variety of complex working conditions, demonstrating reliable adaptability and operational stability.

The axial position of the impeller can be conveniently adjusted by adding or removing shims between the bearing housing and the support frame. This design facilitates on-site maintenance and performance optimization.
