S/Sh Type Turbocharged Double-suction Pump

The S/SH type booster double-suction pump is a single-stage centrifugal pump based on a horizontal mid-open pump casing and double-suction impeller structure. It is specially designed for large-scale systems that require stable pressure and flow for transportation. It perfectly combines the stable operation and convenient maintenance features of dual-suction pumps, as well as the strict requirements for high efficiency and reliability in pressurized conditions. This pump type is the ideal core equipment for projects such as urban secondary water supply, industrial process pressurization, regional heating and cooling systems, and long-distance water transfer, enabling safe, energy-efficient, and long-lasting pressurized transportation.

Smooth operation: The optimized double-suction impeller reduces the axial force to the minimum, and the excellent hydraulic performance of the blade design, and it is precisely cast. The inner surface of the pump casing and the surface of the impeller are extremely smooth, with remarkable anti-cavitation performance and high efficiency.
Sealing: Select BURGMANN mechanical seal or packing seal. It can ensure no leakage for 8,000 hours of operation. Bearings: Select SKF and NSK bearings to ensure smooth operation, low noise, and long service life.
Installation form: Assembly does not require adjustment. It can be installed in a stand-alone or horizontal manner according to the on-site usage conditions.

The SH type pump is a single-stage double-suction horizontal mid-entry centrifugal pump. It is used for transporting clear water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The maximum temperature of the liquid should not exceed 80°C.
