Portable gasoline-powered sand pumping and sludge discharge pump - Specifically designed for scenarios in remote areas without access to power grids or where power supply is inconvenient. It is powered by a mature and reliable four-stroke gasoline engine, directly driving the slurry pump head through a coupling or belt. The entire machine is installed on a steel chassis with inflatable tires, offering extremely high mobility. The flow components of the pump head are made of high-chromium alloy (Cr26, hardness 58–62 HRC) or wear-resistant rubber lining, capable of withstanding continuous erosion by river sand, slurry, and small gravel. Equipped with a powerful self-priming device, the maximum suction depth can reach 5 meters. No need for water filling and water diversion, and it can start working after arriving at the site by simply starting the engine. This pump can be quickly deployed for various tasks such as small river dredging, fish pond bottom sand pumping, or construction site drainage and sludge discharge.

Power unit: Four-stroke single-cylinder air-cooled gasoline engine, with power ranging from 5.5 to 15 HP. Brand options include Honda GX series, Longxin, Bilitong and other similar products in the same category. Fuel tank capacity is 3.6 to 6.5 L. With full fuel, it can operate continuously for 2 to 4 hours (depending on load). Standard features include oil level alarm, air filter, muffler.
Pump head structure: Impeller-type centrifugal slurry pump, with either semi-open or closed impeller. The flow channel is widened to prevent blockage. Materials of flow components: high chromium alloy (standard), ductile iron (economy type), stainless steel (corrosion-resistant type).
Self-priming system: Built-in vacuum-assisted device or self-priming pump head. No need for a bottom valve. It can self-priming after the first start-up and exhaust. Suction height is 3 to 5 meters, and the self-priming time is ≤ 60 seconds.
Mobile chassis: Heavy-duty steel pipe welded chassis, equipped with two air-filled wheels + foldable support legs. One person can push it. The chassis is reserved for lifting rings, facilitating the lifting onto the vehicle.
Connection interfaces: Import: Equipped with quick couplings (2″–4″) and filter baskets at the inlet, and fire hose connectors or flanges at the outlet. Standard features include 10-meter inlet pipe + 10-meter outlet pipe.
