The ZJ type large-diameter slurry pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, cantilever, double-pump-shell centrifugal pump designed within the ZJ series to meet the requirements of high flow rate, long-distance, and high concentration slurry transportation. It inherits all the advantages of the ZJ series and, by increasing the flow passage and optimizing the hydraulic model, is specifically used for handling extremely large flow rates and high solid content abrasive slurries. It is the core conveying equipment for large-scale mining, power, metallurgy and other projects.

ZJ Type Large-Diameter Slurry Pump adopts a vertical split design with a double pump housing structure. The outer layer is a sturdy metal pressure-bearing shell (usually made of ductile iron), and the inner layer is a replaceable high-chromium wear-resistant alloy (such as Cr27) for flow components (including the impeller, front and rear guard plates, and volute). Its transmission part usually uses a horizontal split-type lubricated support with thin oil, and is equipped with a cooling system to ensure the stability and long service life of the bearings during high-power operation. The pump's water outlet can be rotated at 45° intervals to eight different positions for installation, to adapt to complex on-site pipeline layouts.
