AH Type Slurry Pump

The AH series slurry pump adopts a double pump casing (double-layer) structure. The outer casing (usually made of cast iron) bears the pressure, while the inner layer is a replaceable wear-resistant metal liner (such as high-chromium alloy Cr26-Cr28) or rubber lining 6 10 . The flow components (such as impellers, guards, and baffles) are all made of high-hardness wear-resistant materials to cope with extreme wear conditions 4 . The discharge outlet of the pump can be rotated at eight different angles at 45° intervals for installation, adapting to various pipeline layout requirements.

The flow components of the slurry pump are extremely prone to wear and tear. We use high-chromium alloy materials instead, which are more durable than the cast iron materials used by most manufacturers, with a durability increase of over five times.

The flow-through components are made of rubber-lined material, which is resistant to acid and alkali and can prevent corrosion. They are suitable for transporting corrosive liquids and slurry.
