Flow components refer to all the parts within the pump that directly come into contact with the slurry and are subjected to its erosion and wear. The flow components of the ZJ type slurry pump mainly include:
Impeller: Made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy cast iron (such as Cr27), it is the core working component of the pump. Its front and rear cover plates often have back vanes to reduce leakage and improve efficiency. The impeller is usually connected to the shaft by threads, facilitating disassembly and assembly.
Casing : Also made of high-chromium alloy cast iron, it is a key component that collects the slurry and converts kinetic energy into pressure energy. In the double pump shell structure, it serves as a replaceable inner liner and is installed inside the outer pump shell.
Front guard plate and rear guard plate: Located at the inlet and back of the impeller respectively, they cooperate with the impeller to form a flow channel, protecting the pump shell from direct wear. They are also replaceable high-chromium alloy inner liners. Others: Depending on the type of sealing, it may also include auxiliary impellers (for pressure sealing), etc.

Outer pump housing: Typically made of gray cast iron (HT200) or ductile iron (QT500-7), capable of withstanding pressure
Inner liner (flow passage components): Removable high-chromium alloy inner liner that can be used until it wears through, requiring only replacement of the inner liner during maintenance, without the need to replace the entire pump housing, significantly reducing maintenance costs
Vertical split type: The pump housing is of vertical split structure and connected by bolts, making disassembly and maintenance extremely convenient
Flexible configuration and installation:
Outlet direction adjustable: The pump's discharge outlet can be rotated at 45° intervals to eight different positions, facilitating pipeline layout
Various sealing methods: Can choose from packing seal, auxiliary vane seal, mechanical seal or combined seal according to working conditions, suitable for different pressure conditions (especially positive inlet pressure)
Various transmission methods: Supports direct connection, belt drive, gear reducer, hydraulic coupling, frequency conversion and other transmission methods Wide adaptability to various working conditions: Capable of transporting slurries with high weight concentration (slurry 45%, mineral slurry 60%), with medium temperature ≤ 60°C, and supporting multi-stage series connection to meet the requirements of long-distance or high-head transportation.
