Working principle
The PE series adopts a mature double-swing working principle. The motor drives the heavy eccentric shaft to rotate through a V-belt, causing the moving jaw plate to perform complex elliptical trajectory movements relative to the fixed jaw plate. When the moving jaw plate approaches the fixed jaw plate, the materials falling into the "V"-shaped crushing chamber are subjected to compression, splitting and bending, thus being crushed; when the moving jaw plate moves away, the already crushed materials are discharged from the bottom discharge port under the force of gravity. This periodic movement enables continuous and efficient crushing operations.
