Working principle
The impact crusher is a type of crushing machinery that uses impact energy to break down materials.
When this machine is in operation, under the drive of the electric motor, the rotor rotates at high speed. When the materials enter the area where the plate hammers are located, they collide with the plate hammers on the rotor and are broken down. Then they are thrown onto the counterattack device for further crushing. After that, they rebound off the counterattack liner and return to the area where the plate hammers act to be crushed again. This process repeats itself, with the materials gradually decreasing in size as they enter the first, second, and third counterattack chambers for repeated crushing, until the materials are crushed to the desired particle size, which is then discharged through the discharge port.
